Mantenimiento preventivo de transformadores

Abstract

In this work the process, development and results of the basic tests performed insulating oils for transformers and distribution is known. There are several physical, chemical and electrical tests applied to the dielectric oils, of which only those that are deepened in determining values ??give us more to know its physical state and thereby assess the operation. This work is focused mainly to know the most representative electrical tests applicable to transformer in order to know their working conditions. Furthermore, it seeks to highlight the importance of a transformer, both as power distribution within the national electricity industry and of the responsibility that weighs on the staff who is in charge of the smooth operation of this equipment. Chapter 1 gives an overview of what the transformer and the importance of it in the production process of the industry. Will briefly review the operating principle of this device and its operation and main parts in Chapter 2. Chapter 3 will discuss the different types of insulating oils of transformers and their fundamental basic tests help us determine when you should perform preventive maintenance equipment. Also we discuss the main processes to be performed after the transformer has been determined the presence of moisture. In chapter 4 the basic electrical tests will be applied in preventive maintenance, which are summarized in two: transformation ratio (TTR) and insulation resistance (megger) and the operation and use of these test kits.

En este trabajo se conocerá el procedimiento, desarrollo y resultados de las pruebas fundamentales que se realizan a aceites aislantes y a transformadores de distribución. Existen varias pruebas físicas, químicas y eléctricas que se aplican a los aceites dieléctricos, de las cuales solo se profundizara en aquellas que nos dan valores más determinantes para conocer su estado físico y con esto evaluar el funcionamiento del equipo. Este trabajo está enfocado principalmente a conocer las pruebas eléctricas más representativas aplicables al transformador para así conocer sus condiciones de trabajo. Además, se pretende dar a conocer lo importante que es un transformador, tanto de distribución como de potencia, dentro de la industria eléctrica nacional y de la responsabilidad que pesa sobre el personal que tiene a su cargo el buen funcionamiento de este equipo. En el capítulo 1 se da una introducción de lo que significa el transformador y la importancia que tiene éste en el proceso de producción de la industria. En el capítulo 2 se verá un breve repaso del principio de operación de éste aparato, así como su funcionamiento y partes principales. En el capítulo 3 se hablará de los diferentes tipos de aceites aislantes de los transformadores, así como sus pruebas básicas fundamentales que nos ayudarán a determinar cuándo se le debe realizar un servicio de mantenimiento preventivo al equipo. También comentaremos de los principales procesos que se deben efectuar al transformador después de que se ha determinado la presencia de humedad. En el capítulo 4 se verán las pruebas eléctricas básicas aplicables en un mantenimiento preventivo, las cuales se resumen en dos: relación de transformación (t.t.r.) y resistencia de aislamiento (megger), así como la operación y uso de estos equipos de prueba.
