Supervisión web automatizada para enlaces de fibra óptica en CFE Telecom

Abstract

In this work the design of a system Web is illustrated. The purpose is monitorear the state (I Activate / Inactive) of the teams that you/they intervene in the interconnection of nets, through links of optic fiber administered by CFE Telecom. This teams provide service to clients, transporting their information for the net troncal that has installed the company in the whole country. These teams should be monitoreados because the contract that the client acquires with the company specifies that said service should be active the one 99.99% of the time in the period of one year. If the service fails, this event will represent economic losses for the supplier. Therefore he/she should make sure that the teams that interconnect the clients, be working in a continuous way; since as any electronic device, they are subject to flaws.

En este trabajo se ilustra el diseño de un sistema Web. La finalidad es monitorear el estado (Activo/Inactivo) de los equipos que intervienen en la interconexión de redes, a través de enlaces de fibra óptica administrados por CFE Telecom. Dichos equipos proveen servicio a clientes, transportando su información por la red troncal que tiene instalada la empresa en todo el país. Estos equipos deben ser monitoreados debido a que el contrato que el cliente adquiere con la empresa especifica que dicho servicio debe estar activo el 99.99% del tiempo en el periodo de un año. Si el servicio falla, dicho evento representará pérdidas económicas para el proveedor. Por lo tanto se debe asegurar que los equipos que interconectan a los clientes, estén funcionando de manera continua; ya que como cualquier dispositivo electrónico, están sujetos a fallas.
