In this report, I describe my work experience gained in 29 years I have as a graduate of the school of electrical engineering, for this purpose it I structure in 5 chapters however boss that the issue that most included is about telecommunications in Mexico, matter in which I have served 27 years in the company of telephones of Mexico SAB de CV. In Chapter 1 talk about how important a college degree and as it has been the experience from my perspective to be able to achieve it, wanting this to give a message to the students who dare, so do not wait so long, coupled with that nowadays it is essential to the title as a requirement to be located appropriately in the production scheme that requires our society. In Chapter 2 I try to explain the need for the link school-business partnerships, personally I find surprising and novel that it allowed me to consolidate my preparation to complement the theoretical concepts with real life, this issued message is to highlight that this link in the process of teaching is required. In Chapter 3 I describe my first stage in telecommunications to play the position of Construction Supervisor of PBXs, I play the administrative aspects such as functions, but I also make a brief overview of the aspect of the employment relationship which I consider fundamental matter in all labor-management relationship inside or outside a company or institution, in this chapter I also try to publicize the principles and applications of a telephone system.
En este reporte, describo mi experiencia laboral adquirida en los 29 años que tengo como egresado de la Escuela de Ingeniería Eléctrica, para tal efecto lo estructuro en 5 capítulos sin embargo resalto que el tema que más abarco es sobre las Telecomunicaciones en México, materia en la que me he desempeñado los últimos 27 años en la empresa de Teléfonos de México SAB de CV. En el Capítulo 1 hablo de lo importante de un título universitario y como ha sido la experiencia vivida desde mi perspectiva para poder lograrlo, queriendo con ello dar un mensaje a los estudiantes que se atrevan, para que no esperen tanto tiempo, aunado a que en la actualidad es indispensable el titulo como requisito para ubicarse de manera adecuada en el esquema productivo que exige nuestra sociedad. En el Capítulo 2 trato de explicar la necesidad del vínculo escuela-empresa, en lo personal me resulto sorpresivo y novedoso que me permitió consolidar mi preparación al complementar los conceptos teóricos con la vida real, con ello el mensaje emitido es resaltar que es necesaria esta vinculación en el proceso de la enseñanza. En el Capítulo 3 describo mi primera etapa en las telecomunicaciones desempeñando el puesto de Supervisor de Construcción de Centrales Telefónicas, toco los aspectos técnico-administrativos como funciones principales, pero también hago una breve reseña del aspecto de la relación laboral que considero materia fundamental en toda relación de trabajo obrero-patronal dentro o fuera de una empresa o institución, en este capítulo también intento dar a conocer los principios y aplicaciones de un sistema telefónico.
