The functions of a graduate in that time school of electrical engineering of the UMSNH, who served in the field of municipal and Municipal Social Development Coordinator, will then be what in this work will be known. This report is aimed to publicize the functions that have an engineer, in the planning, implementation, operation, monitoring and evaluation of the programmers for infrastructure and social development. In this way, the main goals are: to promote and enrich the social participation in the processes related to the definition and implementation of the policy for the overcoming of poverty. Coordinate the implementation and evaluation of actions, as well as monitoring the application of resources. In addition to give to know the importance that has the graduate of electrical engineering in the administrative field within a public administration, in this case the municipal presidencies. In the report are annexed, photographs and tables which are given amounts and economic contributions of programmers and works.
Las funciones de un egresado en ese tiempo escuela de ingeniería eléctrica de la U.M.S.N.H., que se desempeñó en el ámbito de la Presidencia Municipal como Coordinador de Desarrollo Social Municipal, será lo que a continuación en este trabajo se dará conocer. Este reporte está enfocado a dar a conocer las funciones que tiene un ingeniero, en la planeación, implementación, operación, seguimiento y evaluación de los programas de infraestructura y desarrollo social. De esta forma, los objetivos centrales son: promover y enriquecer la participación social en los procesos relacionados a la definición e instrumentación de la política para la superación de la pobreza. Coordinar la ejecución y la evaluación de las acciones, así como el seguimiento y la aplicación de los recursos. Además, se pretende dar a conocer la importancia que tiene el egresado de ingeniería eléctrica en el ámbito administrativo dentro de una administración pública, en este caso las Presidencias Municipales. En el reporte se anexan, fotografías y tablas en las cuales se dan montos y aportaciones económicas de programas y obras realizadas.
