In this report I will talk about my work experience at the Procuraduría Agraria. I came to Procuraduría agraria (PA) on March 3rd 2010 looking for an opportunity to do my social service, with only one question: How an engineer can grow at Procuraduría Agraria? At the time Josué García Salazar worked at this institution, I had knowledge that he studied the Industrial Engineer career, then I asked him about my chances of doing Social Service. He told me there was no problem and that I had to go to the office to get started. Initially I had to do different activities to correct installation deficiencies, such as to extend power lines, phone line connections, and computer equipment maintenance, because at the time building renovations were being held, and most of the computers were connected with power extensions and multi connectors; telephone lines were shared o temporary connected and some computer equipments needed preventive maintenance or formatting as the case required. As time went by I had more work to do, such as look for printer supply providers in order to reduce cost for these resources, to take care of the Delegation´s official mail, because the Program Analyst in charge was temporary assigned in Central Office of the Procuraduría Agraria, working in one of the system´s development, this system is actually in use in this institution. When time to finish with my Social Service came, two work opportunities came in Operative Area, meanwhile Central Office decides to call for a Delegation´s Analyst Programmer to work full-time as Computer Director in System Administration which he help to create. One day came to me Lic. Sergio David Guzmán Dueñas, Federal Delegate in Michoacán, told and offered me the opportunity to work at this Institution, at the time I told him I couldn´t, because I didn´t finish my career and this was my top priority before getting a job, so they decide to give me facilities in so I could go to school, but I had to pay the hours in an official work schedule.
En este reporte hablo sobre mi experiencia laboral en la Procuraduría Agraria. Yo llego a la Procuraduría agraria (PA) un 3 de marzo de 2010 para ver la oportunidad de realizar mi servicio social, y con una pregunta: ¿Cómo se puede desempeñar un ingeniero en la Procuraduría Agraria? En ese entonces laboraba en dicha institución Josué García Salazar, del cual yo tenía conocimiento de que él estudio la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial, así que le pregunte sobre qué oportunidad existía del poder realizar mi Servicio Social, a lo cual me dijo que no existía problema y que me presentara en la oficina para comenzar. Llegue en un principio a realizar diversas actividades para subsanar deficiencias en la instalación, como lo fue el extender líneas de conexiones eléctricas, conexión de líneas telefónicas y mantenimiento de los equipos de cómputo, ya que en ese entonces se estaban realizando remodelaciones del edificio, y la mayoría de las computadoras estaban conectadas con extensiones de luz y multicontactos; las líneas telefónicas se tenían compartidas o puestas temporalmente y algunos equipos de cómputo necesitaban de mantenimiento preventivo o formateo según fuera el caso. Conforme fue pasando el tiempo se me fueron asignando más tareas a realizar, como lo era el buscar proveedores de recarga de consumibles para las impresoras y así poder reducir los gastos de ese recurso, también me toco realizar la atención de correo oficial de la Delegación, ya que el Programador Analista encargado de ello se encontraba asignado temporalmente en las Oficinas Centrales de la Procuraduría Agraria, porque se encontraba trabajando en el desarrollo de uno de los sistemas que actualmente se están utilizando en esta institución.
