This research is about highlighting the advantages of a thermoelectric plant compared to other types of electric power generating plants, it also exposes some qualities that stand out and why not some points against it to be improved and to be possible corrected already in a future research project. It exposes the use of resources and how they can be used more efficiently to use them in the steam generation process that is the driving source of the turbines that have this type of plants, as well as the way to get rid of them. toxic waste that is generated in the process without affecting the environment as much as possible. One of the most important and fundamental factors, if not the most important, is the study of how the plant behaves through the different thermodynamic and enthalpy cycles that occur within it when it is put into operation, although they are very similar they can reach vary by extending the time and by varying a little the temperature to which this process of electric generation is subjected, in these cycles highlight the Mollier cycle, the Brayton cycle and the Rankine cycle which are the fundamental cycles that follow the turbines of steam and that uses an extended variation of the thermodynamic cycle of Joule in addition to the pressures exerted within this type of power plants.
