The development of this project seeks the following goals and indicators: 1. Assistance to directors of the informal practice of roof extension. Through strategies that enable these spaces for housing and avoid the migration of inhabitants of urban centers to peripheral social housing spaces. 2. Duplicate land use at low cost. Taking advantage of efficient infrastructure. 3. Promotion of the rehabilitation of pre-existing properties. Regenerating intra-urban spaces 4. Promote the collection of water and use of solar panels. Generate a sustainable proposal. 5. Generate a housing module that can be placed on rooftops, or in spaces available within the colony that was taken as a case study. The beneficiaries of the project are the inhabitants of the study area who are willing to receive an intervention project that can be carried out for their own benefit and for the inhabitants of the area.
El desarrollo de este proyecto busca las siguientes metas e indicadores: 1. Asistencia a realizadores de la práctica informal de ampliación de azoteas. Mediante estrategias que permitan habilitar esos espacios para la vivienda y eviten la emigración de habitantes de los centros urbanos a los espacios de vivienda social periféricos 2. Duplicar uso de suelo a bajo costo. Aprovechando infraestructura eficiente. 3. Fomento de la rehabilitación de inmuebles preexistentes. Regenerando espacios intra-urbanos 4. Propiciar el acopio de agua y uso de paneles solares. Generar una propuesta sostenible. 5. Generar un módulo de vivienda que pueda colocarse en azoteas, o en espacios disponibles dentro de la colonia que se tomó como caso de estudio. Los beneficiarios del proyecto son los habitantes de la zona de estudio que tengan disposición para recibir un proyecto de intervención que pueda materializarse para su beneficio propio y de los mismos habitantes de la zona.
