Abstract

Social dynamics and current lifestyles present accelerated changes, influenced by the impact of global events, technological advances and the evolution of society in general. All this has a direct impact on the way of living, the needs of people do not remain static, but evolve over time and accompany the development of the individual. However, it seems that the form of housing production has stagnated in certain architectural standards and programs that seek to solve the need to live with generic solutions where each type of family or individual has to adapt their needs to what the market offers and his material possibilities allow him. The thesis presented here is an experimental system that explores the potential of a form of construction with a system that allows reconfigurable housing, coexisting with traditional construction systems. The foregoing through a system of modular and dynamic panels, which will be the tool through which each individual will have the power to adapt to the emergency immediately, or to change the configuration of their spaces so that they respond more efficient to their needs in time.

Las dinámicas sociales y los estilos de vida actuales presentan cambios acelerados, influenciados por el impacto de los acontecimientos globales, los avances tecnológicos y la evolución de la sociedad en general. Todo ello impacta de manera directa en la forma de habitar, las necesidades de las personas no permanecen estáticas, sino que evolucionan a través del tiempo y acompañan al desarrollo del individuo. Sin embargo, parece que la forma de producción de vivienda se ha estancado en ciertos estándares y programas arquitectónicos que buscan resolver la necesidad del habitar con soluciones genéricas en donde cada tipo de familia o individuo tiene que adaptar sus necesidades a lo que el mercado ofrece y sus posibilidades materiales le permiten. La tesis que aquí se plantea es un sistema experimental que explora el potencial de una forma de construcción con un sistema que permita hacer vivienda reconfigurable, conviviendo con los sistemas constructivos tradicionales. Lo anterior mediante un sistema de paneles modulares y dinámicos, los cuales serán la herramienta mediante la cual, cada individuo tendrá el poder de adaptarse a la emergencia de manera inmediata, o de cambiar la configuración de sus espacios de modo que estos respondan de manera más eficiente a sus necesidades en el tiempo.
