The central analysis of this work is the study of a legal structure that has social repercussions, in relation to gender violence, an aspect that is related to a system that, although invisible, is still in force today, strengthened by testimonies from the themselves victims of violence and strengthened by the results of public policies focused on the principle of gender perspective. Pretending to reflect the status of the municipality of Uruapan, from different areas, and the same sense of the current declaration of alert of gender violence as well as the effectiveness of this measure that seeks the advancement of women's rights and the eradication of violence.
El análisis central del presente trabajo es el estudio de una estructura jurídica que tiene repercusiones sociales en relación con la violencia de género, aspecto que se relaciona con un sistema que, aunque invisible, aún tiene vigencia en la actualidad; se robustece mediante testimonios de las mismas víctimas de violencia y se ve fortalecido por los resultados de las políticas públicas centradas en el principio de perspectiva de género. También se pretende reflejar el estatus del municipio de Uruapan desde distintos ámbitos, y el sentido de la actual declaratoria de alerta de violencia de género, así como la eficacia de esta medida que busca el adelanto de los derechos de las mujeres y la erradicación de la violencia.
