This work was performed under the guidance of Pediatric Oncologist Eloy Perez Rivera with the aim of identifying the immunophenotypic and histologic subtype most frequently reported in patients with Hodgkin lymphoma, know the disease-free survival, sex distribution, frequency of CD20 positive, prevalence of B symptoms and stage at diagnosis; the study site was the Department of Hematology-Oncology at Children's Hospital of Morelia "Eva Samano de Lopez Mateos"; where 79 patients were enrolled during the study period 1984-2013 los of whom had 0-18 years of age also diagnose Hodgkin lymphoma ratified with morphological and immunophenotypic analysis without antineoplastic treatment was confirmed.
Este trabajo se realizó bajo la asesoría del Pediatra Oncólogo Eloy Pérez Rivera con el objetivo de identificar el inmunofenotipo y el subtipo histológico más frecuentemente presentado en pacientes con Linfoma de Hodgkin, conocer la supervivencia libre de enfermedad, distribución por sexo, frecuencia de CD20 positivo, prevalencia de síntomas B y la etapa al momento del diagnóstico; el sitio de estudio fue el departamento de Hemato-Oncología del Hospital Infantil de Morelia “Eva Sámano de López Mateos”; donde se incluyeron 79 pacientes durante el período de estudio de 1984-2013 los cuales presentaban de 0 a 18 años de edad además se corroboró el diagnóstico de Linfoma de Hodgkin ratificado con análisis morfológico e inmunofenotípico, sin tratamiento antineoplásico previo.
