Análisis Estacional de Ageratina jocotepecana

Abstract

This work describes the seasonal study about Ageratina jocotepecana during the different months of the year. The peculiarities of the variation in the content of the compound tetranorlabdanodiol (24) were explored. Samples of stems and leaves from different localities were analyzed. Temperature and rainfall variables from each month of the year were compared to the abundance of compound 24, which allowed establishing suitable conditions for the expression of this compound in A. jocotepecana. The highest amount of the compound was detected in stems samples of Morelia and Zacapu localities in the months of February, July and December with average temperatures of 19-22 °C and without rainfall requirements.

El presente trabajo describe el estudio estacional de Ageratina jocotepecana durante las diferentes épocas del año. Se exploraron las peculiaridades de la variación en el contenido del compuesto tetranorlabdanodiol (24). Se analizaron muestras de tallos y hojas de tres diferentes localidades. Las variables de temperaturas y lluvias fueron consideradas durante el año respecto a la abundancia del compuesto 24, lo que permitió establecer las condiciones adecuadas para su producción. La mayor cantidad del compuesto 24 se detectó en tallos en las localidades de Morelia y Zacapu en los meses de febrero, julio y diciembre con temperaturas medias de 19-22 °C y sin exigencia de lluvias.
