S. queretaroensis as a source of endogenous plant growth promoters bacteria (BAPOCEVE) represents an alternative to reduce and optimize the dose of nitrogen fertilizer (FENI) up to 50%. The aims of this thesis were: a) isolate of S. queretaroensis BAPOCEVE b) analyze the effect of BAPOCEVE in Phaseolus vulgaris and Zea mays at the 50% dose of FENI c) identification of the BAPOCEVE. Vegetable parts of S. queretaroensis isolated BAPOCEVE. In greenhouse the inoculation effect of the BAPOCEVE in P. vulgaris and Z. mays was analyzed to 50% of FENI: the variables of response were phenology: plant height (PH), root length (RL) and biomass: shoot fresh weight (SFW) and root fresh weight (RFW), the shoot dry weight (SDW) and root dry weight (RDW), to seedlings and flowering. Biochemical tests for identification were performed for each isolated. The results with a positive effect to the inoculation of the BAPOCEVE.
S. queretaroensis como fuente de bacterias promotoras de crecimiento vegetal endófitas (BAPOCEVE) representa una alternativa para reducir y optimizar la dosis de fertilizante nitrogenado (FENI) hasta un 50 %. Los objetivos de esta tesis fueron: a) de S. queretaroensis aislar BAPOCEVE b) analizar el efecto de las BAPOCEVE en Phaseolus vulgaris y Zea mays a dosis 50% de FENI c) identificar las BAPOCEVE. De partes vegetativas de S. queretaroensis se aislaron BAPOCEVE. En invernadero se analizó el efecto de inoculación de las BAPOCEVE en P. vulgaris y Z. mays a dosis 50% de FENI: las variables respuesta fueron, fenología: altura de planta (AP), longitud de raíz (LR) y biomasa: peso fresco aéreo y radical (PFA/PFR) peso seco aéreo y radical (PSA/PSR), a plántula y floración. Para cada aislado se realizaron pruebas bioquímicas para su identificación. Los resultados mostraron un efecto positivo a la inoculación de las BAPOCEVE.
