This work describes a new methodology for the preparation of the bis(indolyl)methanes (BIMs) 6 and 7 (Scheme 1) with different imines in the presence of thiourea organocatalyst 5. The compounds were obtained in 37 to 84 % of yield, contributing with a method under mild conditions reaction and friendly with the environment.
El presente trabajo describe una nueva metodología para la preparación de los bis (indolil)metanos (BIMs) 6 y 7 (Esquema 1) con diferentes iminas en presencia del organocatalizador de tiourea 5. Los compuestos se obtuvieron en rendimientos del 37 al 84%, contribuyendo con un método en condiciones suaves de reacción y amigables con el medio ambiente.
