Relación beneficio costo del cultivo de (Jatropha curcas L.) en el valle de Apatzingán

Abstract

In the valley of Apatzingán the climatic conditions agriculture allow a great diversity of cultivations, basic as the fríjol, rice and corn as well as horticultural mainly cucumber, melon and simple, industrial cultivations as the sorghum forrajero, sorghum escobero and fruit-bearing as the grapefruit, the mango, the carambolo, the chicozapote and other but in favorable same way a great number of plagues and illnesses that have defined the profitability of the cultivations besides that we have a considerable surface of storm lands due to the lack of infrastructure hydric and to the erratic of the storm with precipitations from 600 to 700 Mm. Distributed in two months by what is required to look for alternatives to give him/her an use of the floor with species that have the capacity of adaptation to those mentioned conditions same agroecologists that improve the socioeconomic conditions of the ejidatarios when adapting and that they generate work sources to the population and as a benefit to the agriculture ecosystems with the reforestation of resistant new species to drought for that that the cultivation of Jatropha curcas L. it can be a positive alternative.

En el valle de Apatzingán las condiciones agro climáticas permiten una gran diversidad de cultivos, básicos como el fríjol ,arroz y maíz así como hortícola principalmente pepino, melón y sandía, cultivos industriales como el sorgo forrajero, sorgo escobero y frutales como la toronja, el mango, el carambolo, el chicozapote y otros pero de igual manera propicia un gran número de plagas y enfermedades que han delimitado la rentabilidad de los cultivos además de que contamos con una superficie considerable de tierras de temporal debido a la falta de infraestructura hídrica y a lo errático del temporal con precipitaciones de 600 a 700 Mm. Distribuidas en dos meses por lo que se requiere buscar alternativas para darle un uso del suelo con especies que tengan la capacidad de adaptación a las mencionadas condiciones agroecológicas mismas que al adaptarse mejoren las condiciones socioeconómicas de los ejidatarios y que generen fuentes de trabajo a la población y como un beneficio a los agro ecosistemas con la reforestación de nuevas especies resistentes a sequía por lo que el cultivo de Jatropha curcas L. Puede ser una alternativa positiva.
