The present investigation is carried out on the basis of the misuse of the nursing sheet, given that in my professional experience I have observed that it is not given the necessary utility and importance as a legal, technical and administrative instrument, which is used in the professional practice of the nurse in which the care given to the patient is recorded, and that the information to continue the treatments depends on it.
La presente investigación, se realiza sobre la base de la mala utilización de la hoja de enfermería, dado que en mi experiencia profesional he observado que no se le da la utilidad e importancia necesaria como instrumento legal, técnico y administrativo, que se utiliza en la práctica profesional de la enfermera en la cual se registra la atención otorgada al paciente, y que de ella depende la información para continuar los tratamientos.
