Nivel de estrés laboral en el personal de enfermería del hospital infantil de Morelia, 2006

Abstract

The present investigation is carried out due to the need to publicize the negative repercussions suffered by the nursing staff in the face of a problem such as work stress, an evil that attacks the physical and the mind, damages family and friendly relationships as well as distorts opinion. that society has on our union, especially those who work in the hospital area, with the objective of identifying the level of work stress in the nursing staff of the Morelia Children's Hospital, with a Methodology for its applicability and The approach was a mixed study since it involved a qualitative variable with a quantitative approach, due to its level of scope it was descriptive. With a non-experimental, protective, cross-sectional and prospective design, the information was collected at the Children's Hospital of Morelia, Eva Sámano de López Mateos, in the period from September 25 to October 1, 2006. The sample was selected with a formula that guaranteed 95% reliability and 5% error. All this gave us a sample of 40 people. To collect the information, an identification form was made where the sociodemographic variables were studied, the informed consent of the study subjects was obtained and to measure the level of stress, "The questionnaire of A. Reig and A. Caruana”.

La presente investigación se realiza por la necesidad de dar a conocer las repercusiones negativas que sufre el personal de enfermería ante un problema como el estrés laboral ,un mal que ataca el físico y la mente, daña las relaciones familiares y amistosas además de distorsionar la opinión que tiene la sociedad sobre nuestro gremio, en especial en aquellas (os) que laboran en el área hospitalaria, con el Objetivo de Identificar el nivel de estrés laboral en el personal de enfermería del hospital infantil de Morelia, con una Metodología por su aplicabilidad y enfoque fue un estudio mixto ya que involucró una variable cualitativa con un enfoque cuantitativo, por su nivel de alcancé fue descriptivo. Con diseño no experimental, de tipo protectivo, transversal y prospectivo, La recolección de la información se realizó en el Hospital infantil de Morelia, Eva Sámano de López Mateos, en el periodo del 25 de septiembre al 1º de octubre del 2006, La muestra se seleccionó con una fórmula que garantizo un 95% de confiabilidad y un 5% de error. Todo esto nos dio una muestra de 40 personas, Para recabar la información se realizó una ficha de identificación donde se estudió las variables sociodemográficas, se obtuvo el consentimiento informado de los sujetos de estudio y para medir en nivel de estrés se utilizó “El cuestionario de A. Reig y A. Caruana”.
