The nursing care process that I present below deals with a patient clinically diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), where nursing interventions are applied, taking Virginia Avenel Henderson and her 14 basic needs as a theoretical reference. This process also includes the stages of the methodology related to each other, such as: the assessment of needs, the establishment of nursing diagnoses, the planning and execution of interventions to satisfy said needs, finally reaching the evaluation of the interventions carried out. This methodology is carried out to offer the patient a quality service and comprehensive care.
El proceso atención enfermería que a continuación presento, trata de una paciente diagnosticada clínicamente con Síndrome de Intestino Irritable (SII), en donde se aplican las intervenciones de enfermería, tomando como referencia teórica a Virginia Avenel Henderson y sus 14 necesidades básicas. Este proceso incluye también las etapas de la metodología relacionadas entre sí, como son: la valoración de las necesidades, el establecimiento de los diagnósticos de enfermería, la planeación y ejecución de las intervenciones para la satisfacción de dichas necesidades, finalmente llega a la evaluación de las intervenciones realizadas. Esta metodología se realiza para ofrecer a la paciente un servicio de calidad y atención integral.
