Abstract

The thesis work that is presented below, begins with the topic of: "POST OPERATIVE PAIN: ANALGESIA WITH KETOROLACO PRIOR TO CHOLECYSTECTOMY LAPAROSCOPY APPLIED BY THE NURSE" Which leads us to remember that the satisfactory control of postoperative pain is one of the challenges important issues that remain unresolved in the surgical field, which has a strong impact on patients and the health system as a whole. It is undeniable evidence that most patients undergoing surgery experience pain to a varying degree. and this leads to the STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM, that, despite the continuous pharmacological innovations and the incessant technological advances, a large part of these patients continue to be treated inadequately, for which they experience unjustified suffering, which notably increases the risk of the appearance of postoperative complications. Introducing the subject in question, and thus move on to its JUSTIFICATION, with the GENERAL AND SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES.

El trabajo de tesis que a continuación se presenta, inicia con el tema de: “DOLOR POSTOPERATORIO: ANALGESIA CON KETOROLACO PREVIO A LA COLECISTECTOMIA LAPAROSCOPIA APLICADO POR LA ENFERMERA” Lo que lleva a recordar que el control satisfactorio del dolor postoperatorio es uno de los retos importantes que permanecen sin resolver en el ámbito quirúrgico, lo que motiva un fuerte impacto en los pacientes y en el sistema sanitario en su conjunto. Es una evidencia innegable que la mayoría de los pacientes que se someten a una intervención quirúrgica padecen dolor en un grado variable. y esto conduce al PLANTEAMIENTO DEL PROBLEMA, que, pese a las continuas innovaciones farmacológicas y los incesantes avances tecnológicos, una gran parte de estos pacientes siguen tratados de forma inadecuada, por lo que experimentan un sufrimiento injustificado, que incrementa notablemente el riesgo de aparición de complicaciones postoperatorias. Introduciendo al tema en cuestionamiento, y así pasar a la JUSTIFICACIÓN del mismo, con los OBJETIVOS GENERAL Y ESPECÍFICOS.
