Factores principales que incrementan la tasa de mortalidad en pacientes con hemorragia de varices esofágicas

Abstract

Herein of experience in social service is a very serious health problem; Which is bleeding esophageal varices. In this condition there are very Important factors that increase the mortality rate. It was this that motivated conduct this investigation. Esophageal varices are veins within abnormally dilated esophagus active bleeding, hence multiple complications that threaten the patient's life are triggered when this break appears. Most worrying of esophageal varices is that most patients who suffer, not know that they have this condition until present the first frame of bleeding. The memory of experience in social service contains as the beginning of the investigation, a problem statement, in which it is detected, researches, analyzes and defines the allocation thereof. Additionally, important objectives which are based on detecting the main factors that increase mortality, and likewise targets limiting damage arising arises also preventive measures to avoid the increase in the mortality rate for this proposed cause.

La presente memoria de experiencia en servicio social trata de un problema de salud muy grave; La cual es la hemorragia de varices esofágicas. Dentro de esta patología existen factores muy Importantes que incrementan la tasa de mortalidad. Fue esto lo que motivo a realizar la presente investigación. Las varices esofágicas son venas en el interior de esófago anormalmente dilatadas que cuando estas se rompen aparece la hemorragia activa, de ahí se desencadenan múltiples complicaciones que ponen en riesgo la vida del paciente. Lo más preocupante de las varices esofágicas es que la mayoría de los pacientes que las padecen, Desconocen que tienen este padecimiento, hasta que presentan el primer cuadro de hemorragia. La memoria de experiencia en servicio social contiene como inicio de la investigación, un planteamiento del problema, en el cual se detecta, se investiga, se analiza y delimita la afectación del mismo. Además, se plantean objetivos de suma importancia los cuales se basan en detectar los factores principales que incrementan la tasa de mortalidad, y así mismo se plantea objetivos que limiten el daño, además se proponen medidas preventivas que eviten el incremento en la tasa de mortalidad por esta causa.
