Memoria de experiencias en servicio social realizado en la unidad médica familiar N° 50. Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, Maravatío, Michoacán.

Abstract

The social service is part of the learning process in the academic training to complete the studies of Nursing Degree, in the current work the activities that I carried out in the social service at the Family Medical Unit # 50 belonging to the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) in the Unit of First Level of Attention Maravatío Michoacán are described. The objective was to describe all the activities during the social service in the UMF # 50 in Maravatío in the service of preventive medicine the actions of PREVENIMSS, check, measure yourself and move, as well as control and management of patients with diabetes mellitus, hypertension, insufficiency chronic kidney During the period from August 2016 to July 2017. In the stomatology area patients go for their dental check-up, pregnant women, children, teenagers and seniors. In the emergency room, basic procedures are performed, such as first aids and vaccines. Methodology: it is a documental and descriptive study. Results: During the social service programming was carried out to give talks in the schools about oral health, in the clinic some breast cancer training workshops were given to prevent and detect cancer, with the actions carried out in the UMF it was possible to determine the unhealthy lifestyle in the town of Maravatío.

El servicio social es parte del proceso de aprendizaje en la formación académica para concluir los estudios de Licenciatura en Enfermería, en el presente trabajo se describen las actividades que realicé en el servicio social en la Unidad Médico Familiar # 50 perteneciente al Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) en Maravatío Michoacán Unidad de Primer Nivel de Atención. El objetivo fue describir todas las actividades durante el servicio social en la UMF # 50 en Maravatío en el servicio de medicina preventiva las acciones de PREVENIMSS, chécate, mídete y muévete, así como control y manejo de pacientes con diabetes mellitus, hipertensión arterial, insuficiencia renal crónica. Durante el periodo de agosto de 2016 a Julio de 2017. En el área de estomatología acuden pacientes para su revisión odontológica, mujeres embarazadas, niños, adolescentes y adultos mayores. En urgencias se realizan procedimientos básicos como curaciones, aplicación de inyecciones. Metodología: se trata de un estudio documental y descriptivo. Resultados: Durante el servicio social se realizó la programación para impartir pláticas en las escuelas sobre salud bucal, en la clínica se dieron algunos talleres de capacitación del cáncer de mama para prevenir y detectar el cáncer, con las acciones realizadas en la UMF se pudo determinar el estilo de vida poco saludable en la población de Maravatío.
