Vínculo afectivo entre madres adolescentes primíparas y sus neonatos en el municipio de Ocosingo, Chiapas México

Abstract

Currently teenage pregnancy is not only a health and social problem for women but a risk factor for the newborn, due to the immaturity and lack of knowledge of adolescent mothers for the care and care of their newborn. The processes that may be involved in the mother and child binomial are those related to alterations in the quality of life of the adolescent on an emotional, physical, sociocultural and economic level, as well as important risks for the health and life of the newborn. Given that adolescent pregnancy is a relevant issue in terms of public policy and despite the efforts made, the rate of adolescent fertility continues to rise, in this situation it is necessary to investigate the bonding processes that come to establish the adolescent in her maternal role with her child by virtue of that; allows the young woman to carry out effective and efficient actions for the benefit of the care and health of her newborn. Therefore, Ramona T. Mercer's maternal role theory is addressed. Objective: To evaluate the affective bond between adolescent primiparous mothers and their neonates in a health unit and a hospital unit in Ocosingo, Chiapas. The research was quantitative, comparative, descriptive and transversal. The information was recovered from the instrument Bond affective between parents and children born at term developed and validated by Vargas Vázquez Nathalya Alix and Pardo Torres Myrian Patricia with facial validity, content, construct and reliability of alpha de Cronbach of 0.69 which, represents an acceptable value. The analysis was carried out by means of descriptive statistics in the statistical program SPSS Version 17.

Actualmente el embarazo en adolescente no solo es un problema de salud y social para la mujer sino un factor de riesgo para el neonato, debido a la inmadurez y la falta de conocimiento de las madres adolescentes para la atención y cuidado a su recién nacido. Los procesos que pueden llegar a verse involucrados en el binomio madre e hijo son aquellos referentes a alteraciones en la calidad de vida de la adolescente a nivel emocional, físico, sociocultural y económico, así como riesgos importantes para la salud y la vida del recién nacido. En virtud de que el embarazo adolescente es una problemática relevante en materia de política pública y que pese a los esfuerzos realizados, la tasa de fecundidad adolescente sigue en aumento, ante esta situación se hace necesario indagar los procesos de vínculo que llega a establecer la adolescente en su rol maternal con su hijo (a) en virtud de que a partir de ello; le permita a la joven realizar acciones eficaces y eficientes en beneficio del cuidado y salud de su neonato por ello, se aborda la teoría del rol maternal de Ramona T. Mercer. Objetivo: Comparar el vínculo afectivo entre madres adolescentes primíparas y sus neonatos en una unidad de salud y una unidad hospitalaria en el municipio de Ocosingo, Chiapas México. La investigación fue de tipo cuantitativo, comparativo, descriptivo y transversal. La información se recuperará a partir del instrumento Vínculo afectivo entre padres e hijos neonatos nacidos a término elaborado y validado por Vargas Vázquez Nathalya Alix y Pardo Torres Myrian Patricia contando con validez facial, contenido, constructo y confiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach de 0.69 el cual, representa un valor aceptable. El análisis se realizó mediante estadística descriptiva en el programa estadístico SPSS Versión 17.
