Memoria de experiencia en servicio social en centro de salud Tangancícuaro, Michoacán de 2018 a 2019

Abstract

Social service is considered as the final stage of professionalization that is acquired during academic preparation, it is without a doubt one of the most significant moments of the career in the professional field. It is an excellent tool for the development of faculty and social, conceived as a support, knowledge, learning, work, responsibility, experience, practice and socialization. The objective was to describe the activities carried out during the social service as a Bachelor's intern in Nursing at the Tanganyuaro Health Center, during the period 01 August 2018 to 31 July 2019. Methodology. It was a retrospective, documentary, descriptive study, because it describes the activities carried out during the service in the period 01 August to 31 July 2019. Results. In analyzing the health diagnosis, the programming of activities to be carried out by the intern was carried out such as talks, workshops, training, consultations, vaccination, detections. This diagnosis guided the actions to be carried out above, because the unhealthy lifestyle in the population could be determined. The actions carried out emphasized the relevance of not self-medicating, the practice of a culture of health, through the healthy lifestyle Conclusion. It should be noted that the Health Unit due to lack of financial resources did not carry out the activities in the community, however, the corresponding visits noted the acceptance and collaboration of the inhabitants.

El servicio social se considera como la etapa final de la profesionalización que se adquiere durante la preparación académica, es sin lugar a duda uno de los momentos más significativos de la carrera en el ámbito profesional. Es una herramienta excelente para el desarrollo de la facultad y social, concibiéndolo como un apoyo, de conocimiento, aprendizaje, trabajo, responsabilidad, experiencia, práctica y socialización. El objetivo fue describir las actividades realizadas durante el servicio social como pasante de Licenciada en Enfermería en el Centro de Salud Tangancícuaro, durante el periodo 01 de agosto 2018 a 31 de julio 2019. Metodología. Es un estudio retrospectivo, documental, descriptivo, porque se describen las actividades realizadas durante el servicio en el periodo 01 de agosto a 31 de julio 2019. Resultados. Al analizar el diagnóstico de salud se realizó la programación de actividades a realizar por la pasante como pláticas, talleres, capacitación, consultas, vacunación, detecciones. Este diagnóstico guío las acciones a desempeñar arriba referida, porque se pudo determinar el estilo de vida poco saludable en la población. En las acciones realizadas se hizo hincapié en la relevancia de no auto medicarse, la práctica de una cultura de la salud, a través del estilo de vida saludable Conclusión. Se debe destacar que la Unidad de Salud por falta de recursos económicos no llevaba a cabo las actividades en la comunidad, sin embargo, en las visitas correspondientes se notó la aceptación y colaboración de los habitantes.
