Proceso de enfermería aplicado en una paciente con evento vascular cerebral hemorrágico con el referente teórico de Dorothea Orem

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to show how the nursing professional applies the Nursing Care Process in a patient with a Hemorrhagic Cerebral Vascular Event, exposing a theoretical framework about the pathology of the user, also exposes the type of methodology used in nursing practice, which is based on the theoretical reference of Dorothea E. Orem, and has a methodological and scientific support. In addition, it includes an instrument to carry out the Nursing Process, which is used to assess, diagnose, plan, execute and evaluate the actions performed on the patient and to deliberate whether these actions are beneficial for the patient or whether they need to be changed.

El propósito de este trabajo es dar a conocer cómo el profesional de enfermería aplica el Proceso de Atención Enfermera en una paciente con Evento Vascular Cerebral Hemorrágico, exponiendo un marco teórico acerca de la patología de la usuaria, también expone el tipo de metodología que utiliza la práctica enfermera, mismo que se basa en el referente Teórico de Dorothea E. Orem, y que tiene un sustento metodológico y científico. Además, incluye un instrumento para realizar el Proceso Enfermero, mismo que se emplea para valorar, diagnosticar, planear, ejecutar y evaluar las acciones realizadas a la paciente y deliberar si dichas acciones están resultado benéficas para la paciente o hay que cambiar.
