To address lynchings and one specifically, it was essential to investigate and talk about the constituent elements of this phenomenon through a referential framework, a theoretical framework, an analysis of the case and a legal framework that surrounds the entire case. Violence as the main element in lynching was addressed in the referential framework that reveals its use in the various local and global events that society has gone through. To understand it, within the theoretical framework, experts in the field were consulted who contributed to the formation of this work. The analysis of the case allowed us to understand in depth how that unfortunate lynching occurred in which a young law student and his uncle lost their lives, as a result of false information spread on a social network. To analyze criminal behavior, it was important to develop a legal framework that allows or prohibits behaving in a certain way. How is it that in the face of the existence of regulations, human behavior, supported by its free will, decides to abide by it or not and the authorities, for their part, do the same.
Para abordar los linchamientos y uno en específico, fue primordial indagar y hablar sobre los elementos constitutivos de este fenómeno mediante un marco referencial, un marco teórico, un análisis del caso y un marco jurídico que rodea todo el caso. La violencia como elemento principal en el linchamiento se abordó en el marco referencial que pone de manifiesto el uso de ésta en los diversos eventos locales y mundiales por los que ha atravesado la sociedad. Para entenderlo, en el marco teórico se consultó a expertos en la materia que coadyuvaron en la conformación del presente trabajo. El análisis del caso permitió conocer a fondo cómo fue que se dio ese desafortunado linchamiento en el que perdiera la vida un joven estudiante de derecho y su tío, a consecuencia de información falsa difundida por una red social. Para analizar la conducta delictiva, fue importante desarrollar un marco jurídico que permite o prohíbe comportarse de determinada manera. Cómo es que, ante la existencia de normatividad, la conducta humana, apoyado en su libre albedrío, decide acatarla o no y las autoridades por su parte hacen lo propio.
