The Conservatorio de las Rosas is a building dating from the eighteenth century, it is a building that has gone through multiple changes and socio-political processes which have affected its morphology and its immediate context, it is a building of heritage value and that, for its historical and physical characteristics, is worthy of preserving and safeguarding for future generations. The work presents an intervention project for different areas of the Conservatorio de las Rosas, which presents deterioration and alterations throughout the complex, a general reading of the building was carried out, however, due to its dimensions, different projects were developed, among them: a restoration project specifically for the Rectory Courtyard, where the damages endanger the integrity of the building and the users, on the other hand, the adaptation project has the purpose of guaranteeing universal accessibility since the building has multiple slopes in its interior and finally the integration project, responds to a series of problems found in the space destined as the current cafeteria of the building.
El Conservatorio de las Rosas, es una edificación que data del siglo XVIII, es un inmueble que ha atravesado por múltiples cambios y procesos sociopolíticos los cuales han repercutido en su morfología y en su contexto inmediato, es un inmueble de valor patrimonial y que, por sus características históricas y físicas, es digno de conservar y salvaguardar para las futuras generaciones. El trabajo presenta un proyecto de intervención para distintas áreas del Conservatorio de las Rosas, el cual presenta deterioros y alteraciones en todo el conjunto, se llevó a cabo una lectura general del inmueble sin embargo, por sus dimensiones se desarrollaron distintos proyectos, entre ellos: un proyecto de restauración específicamente para el Patio de Rectoría, donde los daños ponen en peligro la integridad del inmueble y de los usuarios, por otro lado, el proyecto de adecuación tiene la finalidad de garantizar la accesibilidad universal ya que el inmueble cuenta con múltiples desniveles en su interior y por último el proyecto de integración, responde a una serie de problemáticas encontradas en el espacio destinado como la actual cafetería del inmueble.
