The pumpkin Gray Zucchini (Cucurbita pepo) is consumed mainly as fresh fruit (tender) and is considered in the basic basket, due to its high content of vitamins (C, E, B1, B and ?-carotene) and minerals (K, Ca, Fe, Zn, Mn, ...
