La comunidad agraria de Zurumútaro en la defensa por la tierra y constitución del ejido de Zurumútaro, municipio de Pátzcuaro Michoacán (1915 – 1940)

Abstract

The agrarian community of Zurumútaro in the defense of the land and the establishment of the ejido is a historical study that encompasses the transformations of land ownership in the formation of the Mexican State. It analyzes how the process of agrarian transformation occurred from the late 19th century and the first half of the 20th century in this geographical area of Michoacán, and the participation of agrarian groups in the distribution of land, forests, and water, based on the Law of January 6, 1915, and Article 27 of the 1917 Constitution, and its formation as an ejido.

La comunidad agraria de Zurumútaro en la defensa por la tierra y constitución del ejido, es un estudio histórico que comprende las transformaciones de la propiedad de la tierra en la conformación del Estado Mexicano. Analiza cómo se dio el proceso de transformación agraria desde finales del siglo XIX y la primera mitad del siglo XX, en esta área geográfica de Michoacán y la participación de los grupos agraristas para que se diera el reparto de la tierra, bosques y aguas, a partir de la Ley del 6 de enero de 1915 y El Artículo 27 de la Constitución de 1917 y su conformación en ejido.
