In this thesis we make a contribution to the theory of wormholes introducing a new way of building such spaces. He central ingredient of this construction is the "throat", and our idea has been discussed in [12, 13]. We will give all the details of the construction described in [12, 13]. In chapter (2) we analyze the constraints imposed by equations of Einstein on and components of the moment energy tensor. In chapter (2) through the Einstein equations derive an initial value problem (PVI) whose solutions can be used for the construction of times that represent the wormholes. Also in the same chapter we present a critical discussion between the similarities and differences of the formalism employed by Morris and Thorne and ours. In chapter (3) we study the IVP that we have constructed in chapter (2), and we show the existence of the overall solutions of said LVP. With the help of these solutions we show the existence of an infinite family of spaces (M, g) representing the wormholes. In the same chapter we move forward with a new characterization of wormholes of the type quasi-Schwarzschild. In chapter (4) through a combination of analytical and numerical techniques we will demonstrate the existence of wormholes supported by matter whose momentum energy tensor with respect to the orthonormal frame of the observers of Killing would take the form of a "perfect fluid" which will have non-isotropic pressures. In chapter 5 we critically discuss the possibility that wormholes are ingredients of the universe. We analyze briefly the structure of the effective potential to understand the behavior of geodesics temporary and null around the throat for a wormhole arbitrary spherical.
En esta tesis hacemos una contribución a la teoría de los agujeros de gusano introduciendo una nueva manera de construir tales espacio-tiempos. El ingrediente central de esta construcción es la “garganta”, y nuestra idea ha sido discutida en [12, 13]. Daremos todos los pormenores de la construcción descrita en [12, 13]. En el capítulo (2) analizamos las restricciones que imponen las ecuaciones de Einstein sobre y las componentes del tensor de energía momento. En el capítulo (2) a través de las ecuaciones de Einstein derivamos un problema de valores iniciales (PVI) cuyas soluciones pueden ser empleadas para la construcción de espacio-tiempos que representan los agujeros de gusano. También en el mismo capítulo presentamos una discusión crítica entre las similitudes y diferencias del formalismo empleado por Morris y Thorne y el nuestro. En el capítulo (3) estudiamos el PVI que hemos construido en el capítulo (2), y mostramos la existencia de las soluciones globales de dicho PVI. Con la ayuda de estas soluciones mostramos la existencia de una familia infinita de espacio-tiempos (M, g) que representan a los agujeros de gusano. En el mismo capítulo avanzamos con una nueva caracterización de los agujeros de gusano del tipo cuasi-Schwarzschild. En el capítulo (4) a través de una combinación de técnicas analíticas y numéricas demostraremos la existencia de agujeros de gusano soportados por materia cuyo tensor de energía momento con respecto al marco de ortonormal de los observadores de Killing tomara la forma de un “fluido perfecto” que poseerá presiones no isotrópicas. En el capítulo (5) discutimos críticamente la posibilidad que los agujeros de gusano sean ingredientes del universo. Analizamos brevemente la estructura del potencial efectivo para entender el comportamiento de las geodésicas temporales y nulas alrededor de la garganta para un agujero de gusano esférico arbitrario.
