In this document, we expose the construction of a quantum noncommutative sphere where the classical points (the algebra of continuous functions) are replaced by a C*-algebra of bounded operators defined on a Hilbert space. We base our method on the describing of the noncommutative counterpart of the Riemann 2-sphere construction, obtained by the one point compactification of the complex plane. We show the generalization of this quantum sphere for arbitrary finite dimensions. We proof that this deformation process do not change the topology of the sphere, that is, the quantum and the classical k-theory are the same.
