El impacto de las reformas en la educación media superior tecnológica. El caso de la materia ciencia, tecnología, sociedad y valores en el CECyTEM

Abstract

The decade of the ninety it inaugurated in our country a stage of reformations in different education levels that, in the case of the technological high school, they began in the year 2004 although we believe that their antecedents go back at least up to 1989 and they continued in the year 2008. The technological high school understands diverse subsystems among which are the Schools of Scientific and Technological Studies of the states (CECyTes) that are present in most of the entities of the republic and each one of them takes charge of coordinating all the facilities, so much escolarizados as at distance that you/they exist in the municipalities and communities corresponding to each state. In the case of our entity, the School of Scientific and Technological Studies of the State of Michoacán (CECyTEM) exists from 1991, the one which, being part of the institutions that offer a technological high school, has experienced the reformations that have been carried out in this educational level and that they are basically the Reformation to the Technological (RBT) High school and the Integral Reformation to the Half Superior (RIEMS) Education.

La década de los noventa inauguró en nuestro país una etapa de reformas en distintos niveles de educación que, en el caso del bachillerato tecnológico, iniciaron en el año 2004 aunque creemos que sus antecedentes se remontan por lo menos hasta 1989 y continuaron en el año 2008. El bachillerato tecnológico comprende diversos subsistemas entre los cuales se encuentran los Colegios de Estudios Científicos y Tecnológicos de los estados (CECyTes), que están presentes en la mayoría de las entidades de la república y cada uno de ellos se encarga de coordinar todos los planteles, tanto escolarizados como a distancia, que existen en los municipios y comunidades correspondientes a cada estado. En el caso de nuestra entidad, existe desde 1991 el Colegio de Estudios Científicos y Tecnológicos del Estado de Michoacán (CECyTEM), el cual, siendo parte de las instituciones que ofrecen un bachillerato tecnológico, ha experimentado las reformas que se han realizado en este nivel educativo y que son básicamente la Reforma al Bachillerato Tecnológico (RBT) y la Reforma Integral a la Educación Media Superior (RIEMS).
