El Estado mexicano y la industria petrolera: la reforma constitucional de 2013

Abstract

This research addresses the historical, political, social study of the energy reform of 2013, the evolution of the oil industry in Mexico and the institutional development of the Mexican State, as well as a theoretical review of the concept of property as the epicenter of important social problems It also addresses how the Mexican State and its institutions face energy reform, analyzing the effects and possible scenarios that will be involved in its application, culminating with an analysis of the new Mexican government elected in 2018 and its vision on energy reform as well as the new role of institutions and the position of the State in the Government of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

La presente investigación aborda el estudio histórico, político, social de la reforma energética de 2013, la evolución de la industria petrolera en México y el desarrollo institucional del Estado mexicano, así como una revisión teórica del concepto de la propiedad como epicentro de importantes problemas sociales, también aborda cómo hace frente Estado mexicano y sus instituciones a la reforma energética, analizando los efectos y posibles escenarios que conllevará la aplicación de la misma, culminando con un análisis del nuevo gobierno mexicano electo en 2018 y su visión sobre la reforma energética así como el nuevo papel de las instituciones y la posición del Estado en el Gobierno del Presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
