The cell wall is 15-30 % by dry weight of the fungus , shapes and protection from physical damage; is formed by proteins, glucans , chitin melanin , these components at a certain pH causing the presence of electric charges on the cell surface; fungal cells are amphoteric since high pH has a net negative charge , but at low pH have net positive charge ; to study the surface charge are in capillary electrophoresis based methods , where the analytes migrate in an electric field within a silica capillary because of its electrophoretic mobility ( μep ) and the electroosmotic flow ( EOF ) ; information found possible to understand more in detail the electrical properties of cell wall involved in the phenomenon of attraction / repulsion , and provide an analytical tool by electrophoretic characters. Objectives: To analyze and characterize the conidia of different strains of Trichoderma by EC .
La pared celular representa de 15-30% en peso seco de los hongos, da forma y protección contra daños físicos; está formada por proteínas, glucanas, melanina y quitina, estos componentes a un pH determinado ocasionan la presencia de cargas eléctricas en la superficie celular; las células fúngicas son anfóteras ya que a pH alto tienen carga neta negativa, pero en pH bajo tienen carga neta positiva; para poder estudiar la carga de superficie existen métodos basados en electroforesis capilar, en donde los analitos migran en un campo eléctrico dentro de un capilar de sílice debido a su movilidad electroforética (μep) y por el flujo electroosmótico (FEO); la información encontrada permitirá comprender más a detalle las propiedades eléctricas de pared celular que participan en el fenómeno de atracción/repulsión, así como brindar una herramienta analítica mediante caracteres electroforéticos. Objetivos: analizar y caracterizar las conidias de diferentes cepas de Trichoderma mediante EC.
