Estado, trabajadores y empresarios en la industria petrolera en México, 1901-1942

Abstract

At the end of the twentieth century with the neoliberal turn, the higher education institutions in the country initiated a series of transformations that led to a reconfiguration of these and its relation with the Mexican State. In this sense, the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolas de Hidalgo began an institutional change, this including a reform to its legislation and the insertion of external programs of financing that were impelled by the government of the Republic. Consequently, a new kind of elements emerged that required close attention of the university authorities with the target to maintain the Quality of the institution. The educational planning, the evaluation and the accreditation, being implanted in the institutional life. It generated a new vision of the university Autonomy and new ways of maintaining and governance were created.

A finales del siglo XX con el viraje neoliberal, las instituciones de educación superior en el país iniciaron una serie de transformaciones que llevaron a una reconfiguración de éstas y su relación con el Estado mexicano. En este sentido, la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo comienza una serie de cambios, entre los que se incluye la reforma a su Ley Orgánica y la inserción de programas de financiamiento externos que fueron impulsados por el gobierno de la República. Por consiguiente, surgen nuevos elementos que requieren la atención de las autoridades universitarias con el objetivo de mantener la Calidad de la institución, se introdujo la Planeación, la Evaluación y la Acreditación como elementos cotidianos en la vida institucional. Esto generó una nueva visión de la Autonomía universitaria y configura nuevas formas de mantener la Gobernabilidad.
