Estudios geotécnicos para taludes carreteros en zonas de riesgo

Abstract

The movement of slopes or landslides is one of the phenomena that has drawn the most attention in the field of civil engineering due to the complexity involved in its analysis and its social and economic consequences. In this paper the study of road slopes located in risk zones is discussed. In Mexico, there is a gap in the process that must be followed to accomplish this task, which causes problems in many road projects when encountering a geotechnical or geological obstacle that jeopardizes the viability of the work and that could have been avoided with A feasible and adequate exploration of the terrain. Most of the knowledge that is regularly consulted in the field of study of slopes in our country focuses to a greater extent on the analysis of slopes of the soil type. However, the whim of nature does not obey rules or tastes, so when studying the terrain should be done with the mentality of finding what is and be prepared for it. The rocky terrain is also a constituent part of the slope ranges and it is one of the objectives and reasons for developing this theme. Stability analyzes of a slope are actually supported by the information collected in the field and laboratory from the materials constituting the terrain. If the mechanical parameters of the different geological geological structures involved in the analysis are not available, the results of the calculation methodologies for this purpose will not represent at all the behavior that the slopes will have in fact, Which can present flaws that in the end are more expensive than the work itself.

El movimiento de taludes o deslizamiento es uno de los fenómenos que más ha llamado la atención en el campo de la ingeniería civil debido a la complejidad que involucra su análisis y a sus consecuencias sociales y económicas. En este trabajo se aborda el estudio de los taludes carreteros situados en zonas riesgo. En México o existe un vacío en cuanto al proceso que debe seguirse para realizar ésta tarea, lo cual causa problemas en muchos proyectos carreteros cuando se topan con un obstáculo geotécnico o geológico que pone en riesgo la viabilidad de la obra y que pudo haberse evitado con una exploración factible y adecuada del terreno. La mayor parte del conocimiento que regularmente se consulta en el campo estudio de los taludes en nuestro país se enfoca en mayor medida al análisis de taludes tipo suelo. No obstante, el capricho de la naturaleza no obedece reglas ni gustos, así que cuando se estudia el terreno se debe hacer con la mentalidad de encontrar lo que sea y estar preparado para ello. Los terrenos de tipo rocoso también forman parte constituyente en las gamas de talud taludes es y señalarlo es uno de los objetivos y razones para desarrollar este tema. Los análisis de estabilidad de un talud en realidad están soportados por la información que se recoge en campo y laboratorio de los materiales que constituyen al l terreno. Si no se tienen a la mano los parámetros mecánicos de las diferentes estructuras geológica geológicas que participan en el análisis, los resultados que arrojan las metodologías de cálculo para tal fin, no representarán en lo absoluto el comportamiento que los taludes tendrá tendrán n en realidad, con lo que pueden presentarse fallas que al final resultan más costosas que la obra misma.
