This project the permanence of the materials will evaluate in the bridge " La Manzanilla I " located in the federal road with number of identification 200, Playa Azul – Manzanillo in the Km 42+050, at the expense of the Secretariat of Communications and Transports SCT, with administrative unit 636 with headquarters in the Center SCT Michoacán and subheadquarters Building SCT Camp The Shore, in Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán. The bridge was constructed of concretely reinforced; it has an antiquity of 37 years and is in a Marian atmosphere, which is very propitious for the corrosion of the steel. The bridge performs great importance for Michoacán's condition, due to the fact that it forms a part of the tourist corridor of the coast michoacana, the bridge is catalogued as class 3 of agreement to the program SIPUMEX, which indicates that we are to good time to realize the study and to propose an offer of repair, for which him several tests were executed by means of a field visit to elaborate a visual and detailed inspection of the conditions in which one finds the bridge and of equal form there were obtained representative samples that indicate the characteristics of permanence of the materials with those that it was designed and that allowed to obtain a diagnosis. The tests that were realized are the following ones: speed of corrosion, potentials, carbonation, extraction of cores, esclerometría, simple compression, modules of elasticity, porosity and concentration of chlorides and sulfates. Followed for the diagnosis of the permanence of the materials the criterion of review that handles the Manual of inspection, diagnosis of corrosion of structures of reinforced concrete of the RED TEMATICA XV, B DURAR CYTED.
Este proyecto evaluará la durabilidad del concreto en el puente “La Manzanilla I” ubicado en la carretera federal con número de identificación 200, Tramo Playa Azul – Manzanillo en el Km 42+050, a Cargo de la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Trasportes SCT, con unidad administrativa 636 con sede en el Centro SCT Michoacán y subsede Edificio SCT Campamento La Orilla, en Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán. El puente fue construido de concreto reforzado, tiene una antigüedad de 37 años y se encuentra en una atmosfera mariana, la cual es muy propicia para la corrosión del acero. El puente es de gran importancia para el estado de Michoacán, debido a que forma parte del corredor turístico de la costa michoacana, el puente se encuentra catalogado como clase 3 de acuerdo al programa SIPUMEX, lo que indica que estamos a buen tiempo para realizar el estudio y proponer una propuesta de reparación, para lo cual se le ejecutaron varias pruebas mediante una visita de campo para elaborar una inspección visual y detallada de las condiciones en las que se encuentra el puente y de igual forma se obtuvieron muestras representativas que indiquen las características de durabilidad del concreto con el que fue construido y que permitió́ obtener un diagnostico. Las pruebas que se realizaron son las siguientes: velocidad de corrosión, potenciales, carbonatación, extracción de núcleos, esclerometría, compresión simple, módulos de elasticidad, porosidad y concentración de cloruros y sulfatos. Se siguió́ para el diagnostico de la durabilidad de los materiales el criterio de revisión que maneja el Manual de inspección, diagnostico de corrosión de estructuras de concreto armado de la RED TEMÁTICA XV. B DURAR. CYTED.
