Proyecto de restauración de la ex-hacienda de Buena Vista, en la localidad de Buena Vista Municipio de Zacapu Michoacán

Abstract

For the project of restoration of the Ex- Hacienda of Buena Vista was applied a methodology designed for the special case, and this initiates proposing a congruente theoretical position for the handling of patrimony built within the restoration and to respect all the slopes of the formal architectonic characteristics of the building, as well as its constructive materials and systems for it the present state of the building, leaning in historical data collected and work of field with interviews with locatarios of that same verification was analyzed. Quick special attention to the physical rise of the building by means of this analyzed the structure of the building, to know the conditions that at the moment are the materials that conform it and thus to remove I diagnose guessed right to have a pertinent opinion for its restoration being proposed the adapted interventions its preparation to give a new use him, and on the basis of it to respect an historical vestige of the past, in where the materials with the combined type of architecture represented all a form of life. Within the project of restoration of it proposes a joint work between governmental and usuary institutions making them inside take part of direct way the restoration proposal, so that within this discipline the social participation is very important so that it sustains any action on the built patrimony.

Para el proyecto de restauración de la Ex - Hacienda de Buena Vista se aplicó una metodología diseñada para el caso especial, y esta inicia proponiendo una postura teórica congruente para el manejo de patrimonio edificado dentro de la restauración y respetar todas las vertientes de las características arquitectónicas formales del edificio, así como sus materiales y sistemas constructivos para ello se analizó el estado actual del inmueble, apoyándose en datos históricos obtenidos y trabajo de campo con entrevistas con locatarios de esa misma población. Se prestó especial atención al levantamiento físico del inmueble por medio de este se analizó la estructura del inmueble, para conocer las condiciones que actualmente se encuentran los materiales que lo conforman, y así sacar un diagnóstico acertado para tener un dictamen pertinente para su restauración proponiendo las intervenciones adecuadas para su acondicionamiento para darle un nuevo uso, y en base a ello respetar un vestigio histórico del pasado, en donde los materiales con el tipo de arquitectura combinados representaron toda una forma de vida. Dentro del proyecto de restauración se propone un trabajo conjunto entre instituciones gubernamentales y usuarios haciéndolos intervenir de manera directa dentro la propuesta de restauración, porque dentro de esta disciplina la participación social es muy importante porque sustenta cualquier acción sobre el patrimonio edificado.
