This document presents recommendations and actions needed to raise and execute a restoration project of a historic monument. The methodology used below involves multidisciplinary knowledge. The object of study is an 18th century house located in the historic center of the city of Morelia. Through the analysis it is possible to evaluate the current condition and potential of the property. This can be done even though the condition of this. The depth of the process will define the path of the project. That is why every case must be treated as unique.
Este documento presenta recomendaciones y acciones necesarias para plantear y ejecutar un proyecto de restauración de un monumento histórico. La metodología presentada a continuación envuelve conocimientos multidisciplinarios. El objeto de estudio es una casa habitación del siglo XVIII ubicada dentro del centro histórico de la ciudad de Morelia. A través de los análisis es posible evaluar las condiciones y potencialidad del inmueble, esto se puede hacer a pesar de la condición actual del mismo. La profundidad del proceso definirá el camino del proyecto, es por esto que cada caso debe ser tratado como único.
