Desarrollo cultural del pueblo mágico de Tacámbaro desde la animación sociocultural

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to recognize the value of Tacámbaro's legacy and cultural link with its population, as well as the operability and implications of the Magical Towns Policy (PPM) six years after its incorporation (2012-2017), where the main factor to be analyzed is the social aspect, that is, the vision of the citizens and their agents to identify the limits and scope of this policy. Once this is done, we will seek to enhance the scope with the help of the main cultural agents that are part of the social capital to generate a diagnosis and a proposal for comprehensive cultural development based on socio-cultural animation methodology. This methodology is a socio-educational intervention that has the characteristic of promoting the individual and collective growth of the inhabitants in the active social, political and cultural participation, so it will help to solve the limitations identified in the PPM and in turn the growth of the integral cultural development of Tacámbaro from the promotion of the capacities and skills of its own citizens, capable of transforming their community.

El principal objetivo de esta investigación es reconocer el valor del legado y vínculo cultural de Tacámbaro con su población, así como la operatividad e implicaciones de la Política de Pueblos Mágicos (PPM) a seis años de su incorporación (2012-2017), desde el aspecto social, es decir, priorizando la visión de la ciudadanía y sus agentes para identificar los límites y alcances de esta política. Una vez hecho esto, se buscará potenciar los alcances con ayuda de los principales agentes culturales que forman parte del capital social, para generar un diagnóstico y una propuesta de desarrollo cultural integral con base metodológica en la animación sociocultural. Esta metodología es una intervención socioeducativa que tiene la característica de impulsar el crecimiento individual y colectivo de los habitantes en la participación activa social, política y cultural, por lo que ayudará a resolver las limitantes identificadas en la PPM y a su vez al crecimiento del desarrollo cultural integral de Tacámbaro desde el impulso a las capacidades y habilidades de sus mismos ciudadanos, capaces de transformar a su comunidad.
