Comportamientos y creencias de culturas dominantes, factores de riesgo en la juventud y niñez michoacana

Abstract

Drug-trafficking is, actually for the Mexican Republic, and especially for Michoacán, a problem with too many faces, between the manifestations more well known in the subculture, it is no doubt the “narco-corridos”, the ones which form an important part in Mexico’s history, even though it has been modified to a such grade that for the youngsters it is taken as a school to imitate the ends of great mobsters, with the end of gaining economical earnings that are denied in other place. Which are going to be developed in the next five chapters of this thesis themes of sociology, anthropology, popular culture in youngsters who are vulnerable in our society and with non-adequate help these young people tomorrow´s day are the ones who are going to be in crime elsewhere, if we do not attend this trouble. Even though this problem is well known for our three government levels (executive, legislative and judiciary) and even though music, radio and television continue with no limit in sight and transmitting sending to young people and children to enact imitations of these mafia mobsters and in the end in a no-distant future want to take part in these delinquently organizations. It is for that that in the ending chapter I am going to make a law proposal with the purpose of trying to restrict the usage, transmission of all material “drug-cinema, drug-series, drug-religion, drug-apparel, etc.”, that harm our young people and children who deserve to grow without this type of culture, for the superior interest of the minor, since the Mexican State is obligated to promote, develop and legislate all what is necessary for the well-being of our society.

El narcotráfico es, en la actualidad para la República Mexicana y en especial para Michoacán, un problema con muchos rostros, entre las manifestaciones más conocidas en la “sub-cultura”, es sin duda los narcocorridos los que forman parte importante en la historia de México, sin embargo, se ha ido modificando a tal grado que para los jóvenes es tomado como una escuela para imitar las hazañas de los grandes capos, a fin de obtener el ingreso económico que se les niega en otro lado. Los cuáles serán desarrollados en los cinco capítulos de esta tesis abordaran temas de sociología, antropología, la cultura en jóvenes, que son más vulnerables para nuestra sociedad, y que sin tener la ayuda adecuada estos jóvenes el día de mañana serán los que delincan a diestra y siniestra, si no atendemos esta problemática. Aunque es conocida ampliamente esta problemática por nuestros los tres niveles de gobierno (Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial) y Sin embargo la música, radio y televisión sigue sin límite alguno y transmitiendo llevando a los jóvenes y niños a realizar imitaciones de estos capos de la mafia y a su vez en un futuro no muy lejano anhelan forman parte de estas organizaciones delictivas. Es por ello que en el último capítulo hare una la propuesta de ley a fin de tratar de restringir el uso, transmisión de todo el material “narco-cine, narco-series, narco-religión, narco-moda etc.” que esté relacionado con el narcotráfico y que perjudiquen a nuestros jóvenes, quienes merecen crecer sin ese tipo de sub-cultura, por el “Interés superior del menor”, ya que el Estado Mexicano está obligado a promover, desarrollar y legislar todo lo necesario para el bienestar de ellos.
