The research was aimed to analyze the importance of trade regulation between Mexico and Brazil, in terms of its general regulations and secondary laws, which influence directly and temporarily in the bilateral trade between the two countries, since the products sold are subject to specific rules in accordance with commercial interests. An obviously qualitative methodology was used, using macroeconomic indicators that will help determine the importance of issues such as regulatory reform, tariff exemptions and trade preferences, to increase trade between the two countries, as the policy adjustments at a time and specific products , are directly reflected in the trade balance, the main indicator will allow us to quantify the importance and the impact of regulatory measures taken. First the origin of the normative regulations between the two countries were determined to establish its similarity, it is a very clear and specific determining which streamlines trade between Mexico and Brazil, as treaties internments and bilateral trade agreements, set so clear procedures and degrees of preference of the products to market. As a complement, case studies are cited, in particular way, describing and analyzing; political, economic, social and cultural situation, as are temporary factors or indicators that directly impact in creating public policies created in order to maintain an edge in the trade balance between both countries. Political, economic, cultural and social factors make trade between Mexico and Brazil is in constant motion, which consequently brings regulatory adjustments, often temporary, as the case of secondary standards; to modify trade flows, trying to improve the domestic economy. Finally, a regulatory assessment model with indicators that can be quantified to determine the effectiveness of the laws and procedures, both general and secondary, to minimize disputes in trade between Mexico and Brazil is proposed.
En esta investigación, se identifican y determinan los principales factores que impactan en la competitividad turística internacional, para un destino de playa, obteniéndolos y coleccionándolos a partir de la revisión teórica-referencial de modelos e índices desarrollados para medir la competitividad en general y la competitividad turística en específico. Se realiza una propuesta metodológica para la elaboración de un índice de competitividad turística internacional enfocado a un destino de playa: Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Gro. Dicha propuesta incluye un mapeo mental, entrevista a expertos, frecuencia de variables de literatura y publicaciones, así como los resultados de diferentes modelos e índices que miden la competitividad turística a nivel mundial, nacional, estatal y municipal. Dicho índice quedó conformado con ocho variables, agrupadas en tres dimensiones y un total de 53 indicadores. Se efectúa una selección de un destino similar al sujeto de estudio para llevar a cabo la comparación y la construcción del índice, el elegido fue el puerto de Manzanillo Col. Los resultados muestran que Manzanillo es más competitivo en general debido a su mayor capacidad para atraer turistas internacionales en seis variables: seguridad al turista, calidad en el servicio, administración del destino, servicios complementarios, infraestructura turística, el factor humano y el precio mientras que Zihuatanejo está mejor posicionado solamente en recursos naturales.
