Sujeto colectivo y capital social: las organizaciones sociales en la ribera del lago de Pátzcuaro, Mich., Méx.

Abstract

The Lake of Patzcuaro is the core of a natural region2 in the Centre West of the Mexican Republic. Four municipalities surround it. In that are located 12 of the Civil Society Organizations (CSO) according to the Board of Assistance Pri-vate of the State of Michoacán (BAP), 11 CSO according to the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (NISG) and 36 CSO according to the National Insti-tute of Social Development (NISD). They help to solve socio-economic problems by participating in Regional Development (RD), which the State fails to meet. Son of welfare type; and about 30 CSO independent, of type community. To address this problem these organizations carry his administration in a tra-ditional way, preventing leveraging its management from its social capital (CS). The aim of the research is to analyze whether in relationship of the social capital of social organizations with the surroundings on the bank of the lake of Patzcuaro. It works the method inductive deductive with approach qualitative quantitative; it applied the scale Likert-type to the BAP CSO to demonstrate that CS is config-ured by the explanatory variables found in the state of the art. In addition, the independent OSC are applied to research action (IA) with your methodological instruments to demonstrate that DR relies on such variables and the collective subjects, achieving change the way of managing a CSO in particular.

El lago de Pátzcuaro es el núcleo de una región natural1 en el centro occi-dente de la República Mexicana, circundado por cuatro municipios, localizándose en él 12 Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil (OSC) según la Junta de Asistencia Privada del Estado de Michoacán (JAP), 11 OSC según el Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (INEGI) y 36 OSC de acuerdo al Instituto Nacional de Desarrollo Social (INDESOL); estas ayudan a solventar la problemática socioeconómica participando en el Desarrollo Regional (DR) que el Es-todo no alcanza a atender, son de tipo asistencialista; y cerca de 30 OSC inde-pendientes, de tipo comunitario. Para atender esa problemática estas organizaciones llevan su administración de forma tradicional, impidiendo aprovechar su capacidad de gestión a partir de su capital social (CS). El objetivo es el de analizar si existe relación del CS de las organizaciones sociales (OS) con el entorno de la ribera del lago de Pátzcuaro. Se trabaja el método inductivo deductivo, con enfoque cualitativo cuantitativo; aplicando la escala tipo Likert a las OSC de la JAP para demostrar que el CS está configurado por las variables explicativas halladas en el estado del arte; y a las OSC independientes se les aplica la Investigación Acción (IA) con su instru-mental metodológico para demostrar que el DR se apoya en tales variables y en los sujetos colectivos, lográndose cambiar la manera de gestionar de una OSC en particular.
