Calidad de vida en la paciente con fibromialgia en la UMF N° 80 Delegación Michoacán

Abstract

The quality life in women with fibromyalgia, has not been addressed, which features a progressive deterioration in air biological and psychosocial. OBJECTIVE. Evaluate the quality of life in patients with diagnosis of fibromyalgia through the questionnaire SF-36. MATERIAL AND TECHNIQUE. Authorization, explanation of the study to develop and signing of informed consent, apply to 36 female patients who met the criteria for inclusion, is calculating the sample not probabilistic for convenience, is applied to the questionnaire SF-36 with an 0.70 cronbach alpha. RESULTS. Met 36 female patients, mean age 41.5 years, 44.4 with undergraduate degree, married 50, 27.8 divorcees, separated 11.1. 80.55 patients have physical traumatic background, apply the questionnaire of CV sf-36 where there is significance in the dimensions of mental health p0006, perception of health p=0027. There is significance in the correlations by domains of the sf-36 with the Student's t, the physical role social function with p=0.003, emotional role p=0.030 body pain, general health with emotional role p=0.009, general health with mental health p=0.001, social function with emotional role p=0.004, social function with mental health p=0.001, emotional role with mental health p=0.001. La CV en mujeres con FM, no se ha abordado, la cual presenta un deterioro progresivo en aéreas biológicas y psicosociales. OBJETIVO. Evaluar la calidad de vida en pacientes con diagnostico de FM a través del cuestionario de salud SF-36. MATERIAL Y MÈTODOS. Previa autorización, explicación del estudio a desarrollar y firma del consentimiento informado, se aplico a 36 pacientes femeninas que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión, se calculó la muestra por muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, se aplicó el cuestionario de salud Sf-36 con una fiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach de 0.70. RESULTADOS. Se reunieron 36 pacientes femeninas, edad promedio 41.5 años ± 6.44, el 44.4% de las pacientes con estudios de licenciatura, 50% casadas, 27.8% divorciadas, 11.1% separadas. 80.55% de las pacientes cuentan con antecedentes traumáticos físicos, se aplicó el cuestionario de salud Sf-36 donde existe significancia en las dimensiones de salud mental con p=0.006, percepción de la salud p=0.027. Existen significancia en las correlaciones por dominios del cuestionario de salud Sf-36 con la t de Student, el rol físico con función social con p=0.003, dolor corporal con rol emocional p=0.030, salud general con rol emocional p=0.009, salud general con salud mental p=0.001, función social con rol emocional p=0.004, función social con salud mental p=0.001, rol emocional con salud mental p=0.001. CONCLUSIONES. La fibromialgia afecta los dominios relacionados con el rol emocional, vitalidad, salud general, funcionamiento social, rol emocional disminuyendo la calidad de vida de quien la padece.
