Evaluación in vitro de la extrusión de NaClO utilizando una propuesta metodológica de instrumentación

Abstract

60 conduits of maxillary molars and extracted mandibulares were used, classified according to the bend grade in four groups: 0°-15° I, II 15°-30°, III (30°-45°) and IV (45°-60°) preparations with the technique of hybrid instrumentation. In which highlights the early automated preparation of the third apical with reciprocal action and it files type K in sense I crown previous apical to the use of files NiTi in sense I crown apical. All the samples finished 1 short mm of the total longitude of the conduit with a diameter.45/.02.

Se utilizaron 60 conductos de molares maxilares y mandibulares extraídos, clasificados de acuerdo al grado de curvatura en cuatro grupos: I de 0°-15°, II 15°-30°, III (30°-45°) y IV (45°-60°) preparados con la técnica de instrumentación híbrida. En la cual destaca la preparación temprana mecanizada del tercio apical con acción recíproca y lima tipo K en sentido corono apical previo al uso de limas NiTi en sentido corono apical. Todas las muestras terminaron 1 mm corto de la longitud total del conducto con un diámetro .45/.02.
