Agencia para el desarrollo de la región bajío occidental del Lerma: alternativa de desarrollo endógeno y aprovechamiento productivo de las remesas

Abstract

The present investigation, it began in 2003 and culminated in the first one phase with the Licentiate of Thesis of the one that he signs named “Microbanks: An alternative to capitalize the use of the Remittances in Michoacán”, of which the arrival is identified in a general way of you send to the above mentioned entity and highlighting the municipality of The Piety, Mich; like a strong remittances recipient. From the above mentioned investigation, there is established the contact with the municipal authority, being invited to collaboration of the missions of the Inter-American Bank of Development summoned by the municipality and the University of the Vale of Atemahac, taking a carried out field investigation as a precedent additionally with International RTI. The project of the BID, it is impelled for two actors of development, the Lic. Ricardo Guzmán Romero, who acts like secretary of the H. Town hall and the Mtra. Natalia Salinas Bravo who directs to the UNIVA campus The Piety. The above mentioned project that it takes as a mobile of investigation to the remittances of foreign origin like possible detonator of the development, in addition to the methodology of the BID.

La presente investigación, comenzó en el 2003 y culmino en una primera fase con la Licenciatura de Tesis del que suscribe denominada “Micro bancos: Una alternativa para capitalizar el uso de las Remesas en Michoacán”, del cual se identifica de manera general la llegada de las remesas a dicha entidad y resaltando al municipio de La Piedad, Mich; como un fuerte receptor de remesas. A partir de dicha investigación, se ha establecido el contacto con la autoridad municipal, siendo invitado a la colaboración de las misiones del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo convocadas por la municipalidad y la Universidad del Valle de Atemajac, teniendo como antecedente una investigación de campo llevada a cabo adicionalmente con RTI Internacional. El proyecto del BID, es impulsado por dos actores de desarrollo, el Lic. Ricardo Guzmán Romero, que funge como secretario del H. Ayuntamiento y la Mtra. Natalia Salinas Bravo que dirige a la UNIVA campus La Piedad. Dicho proyecto que tiene como móvil de investigación a las remesas de origen extranjero como posible detonador del desarrollo, aunado a la metodología del BID.
