Mitos y rituales en la administración de justicia para adolescentes infractores en el Estado de Michoacán

Abstract

The present investigation, is the resulted of interest for know the symbolic world of law like social phenomena and find out the myths, rites and rituals that performed in the specialized justice in the moment in than the appeal judge, administers justice to offenders teenagers that are subject to prosecution. My intention is, show the results of a ethnographic investigation that was perform place in a certain ritual space, where the rite has a character of purification that is put into action trough myth, where the actors of judgment, communicate by symbols unwritten, that are consolidate as the result of a repetition of attitudes that do a ritual action, giving rise to a function theatrical between subjects involved in a judgment, thus ensuring the continuation of a new law-laden symbology. This because, to implement the new integral system the justice of teenagers, implies an increase of rituals and a need for theatrics in the judgment, that is follow the adolescent offender, for bolster the myths of justice and law same.

La presente investigación, es el resultado de un interés por conocer el mundo simbólico del derecho como fenómeno social y descubrir los mitos ritos y rituales que se realizan en la justicia especializada al momento en que el Juez de apelación, administra justicia a los adolescentes infractores que son sujetos a proceso. Mi intención es mostrar los resultados de una investigación etnográfica que se realizó en un espacio ritual determinado, donde el rito tiene una carácter de purificación que es puesto en acción por medio del mito, donde los actores del juicio se comunican mediante símbolos no escritos que se consolidan como el resultado de una repetición de actitudes que hacen una acción ritual, dando origen a una función teatral entre los sujetos que intervienen dentro de un juicio, asegurando de esta manera la permanencia de un nuevo derecho cargado de simbología Esto porque al implementarse el nuevo sistema integral de justicia para adolescentes, implica un aumento de rituales y una necesidad de teatralidad en el juicio que se le sigue al adolescente infractor, para reforzar el mito de la justicia y el derecho mismo.
