Throughout this work, we made the study of the behavior of geothermal heat from underground for applications in system controlled climate for use in devices heat pumps systems. First did the evaluation of the performance of a vertical heat exchanger, the which the main variables involved in the phenomenon of heat transfer are known. Analyzing how the heat is transferred along the heat exchangers which is inserted in the subsoil. Analyze different arrangements exchangers geothermal heat to identify their advantages and disadvantages, then achieve the design of heat exchangers and assess how to carry out the installation of such systems and thermal loads of cooling and heating at model of a house-room, that with the construction of the virtual model was developed in the AutodeskRevit 2015 software using the BIM method. For sizing geothermal exchanger length required for the system was determined by the IGSHPA rules and with the help of commercial software GLHPro. The value of the resulting length for the vertical heat geothermal exchanger, threw a length of 240ft, a value that provides the energy demand for heating and cooling mode. Because research also we find valuable information on the effect caused by the workflow in the geothermal exchanger length, an important parameter which can work more accurately assessing concentrations of various fluids and working with other flow rates to support the dimensioning the geothermal heat exchangers
A lo largo de este trabajo se abordará el estudio del comportamiento del calor geotérmico del subsuelo para aplicaciones en sistema de clima controlado para el uso en dispositivos de bombas de calor, en este sentido se realizó la evaluación térmica de un intercambiador de calor vertical, del cual se conocen las principales variables que intervienen en el fenómeno de transferencia de calor. Analizando para estos la forma en la cual se presenta la transferencia de calor a lo largo de los dispositivos de los intercambiadores de calor insertados en el subsuelo. Se verificaron los diferentes arreglos de los intercambiadores de calor geotérmico para identificar sus ventajas y desventajas, para después lograr el dimensionamiento de los intercambiadores de calor y evaluar la manera de llevar a cabo la instalación de este tipo de sistemas, así como el cálculo de las cargas térmicas de refrigeración y de calefacción en un modelo de una casa-habitación, esto con la construcción de un modelo virtual elaborado en el software AutodeskRevit 2015 empleando el método BIM, para el dimensionamiento del intercambiador se determinó la longitud requerida para el sistema mediante el uso de un código programado y basado en la IGSHPA y con la ayuda del software comercial GLHPro. El valor de la longitud resultante del intercambiador de calor vertical, arrojo una longitud de 240ft, valor que brinda la demanda de energía en modo calefacción y refrigeración. Debido a la investigación, además se obtuvo información valiosa del efecto provocado por el flujo de trabajo en el dimensionamiento del intercambiador, parámetro importante el cual se puede trabajar de forma más precisa evaluando concentraciones de diversos fluidos y trabajando con otras velocidades de flujo para obtener información adicional.
