In order to contribute to the improvement of the educational process of higher level is carried out at the Instituto Tecnologico Superior P'urhepecha, this evaluative research was conducted such nominee: quality education at the Instituto Tecnologico Superior P'urhepecha . The institute is located in Cheran Michoacán which began operations in October 2000, this school has an enrollment of just over 300 students distributed in the races that are offered Bachelor in Business Administration with 73% of tuition and Industrial Engineering with 27% of students. The interest of this research lay in assessing the quality of education on this campus, as it occurs in a given time, without manipulating the independent variables. In order to propose alternatives for the optimization of resources, therefore, this work was framed in a descriptive cross-sectional research. Used for this evaluation, the model of the Department of Pedagogy of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, established for this purpose the variables used. So CACECA standards were also used for evaluation. This research was conducted in order to determine the functional relationship existing on quality education of the institution under study variables. It has as one of its core objectives to promote the analysis of results, conclusions and give suggestions on the subject being studied. When you start this investigation arose questions such as: What are the variables that impact the quality of education in ITDM?, how these variables affect the quality of education at this institution?
Con el propósito de contribuir al mejoramiento del proceso educativo de nivel superior que se lleva a cabo en el Instituto Tecnológico Superior P’urhepecha, se realizó esta investigación de índole evaluativo, nominada: la calidad en la educación en el Instituto Tecnológico Superior P’urhepecha. El instituto se encuentra ubicado en Cherán Michoacán el cual inicio labores en Octubre de 2000, este centro de estudios tiene una matrícula de un poco más de 300 alumnos distribuidos en las carreras que se ofertan, Licenciado en Administración con un 73% de la matricula e ingeniería Industrial con 27% del alumnado. El interés de esta investigación radicó en evaluar la calidad educativa en este plantel, tal y como se presenta en un tiempo determinado, sin manipular las variables independientes. Con la finalidad de proponer alternativas para la optimización de recursos, por ello, este trabajo quedó enmarcado en una investigación transversal descriptiva. Utilizándose para esta evaluación, el modelo del departamento de Pedagogía aplicada de la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, estableciéndose para tal efecto las variables a utilizar. Así también se emplearon los estándares de Caceca para realizar la evaluación. Esta investigación se realizó con el fin de determinar la relación funcional de las variables existentes en la calidad en la educación de la institución objeto de estudio. Tiene como uno de sus objetivos esenciales propiciar el análisis de resultados, llegar a conclusiones y dar sugerencias respecto al tema que se estudia. Al iniciar esta investigación surgieron cuestionamientos, tales como: ¿Cuáles son las variables que más impactan la calidad en la educación en los ITDM?, ¿cómo afectan estas variables la calidad de la educación en esta institución?
