El plan de acción tutorial: una herramienta para elevar la calidad educativa CECyTEM, Plantel 12 Morelia

Abstract

The purpose of this Job is to unroll a Tutorial Action Plan helping to reduce the desertion and reprobation rate, we have in CECyTEM, specifically in CECyTE 12 Morelia, and reinforce the actions we have been doing to obtain finally we have a Digger terminal efficiency rate, without sacrifice the academic Quality Educative which the degree students most to have to get a good laboral level and at the same time supports for their next preparation, as the same time to get an integral human development reflected in the way of being and in the way of doing of each degree student. To do the anterior objective, first we made an institutional diagnostic, taking some statistics from its beginning, this way and watching numerically how have been conducting many deferent rates which marks the necessity to implement some mechanisms helping to knockdown to reduce desertion and reprobation rates we have been working in some subjects courses were the reprobation rates are so high rescuing in this way some students due their reprobation involve a desertions of this subsystem. Some teachers have been proportionating in volunteer way had proportionate extra class advising whit great disposition no matter this insolated efforts we need so much mare, so for this and much more reasons I porpoise in this Job a Tutorial Action Plan to reinforce the actions before accomplish and the we can implement new actions to support the students in desertion danger. Inquiring some students to know some strategies to reduce reprobation and desertion rate which ones still unknown what an advising mean, and finally indicated us that the mentioned students are requiring something more support and orientation.

Este trabajo tiene la finalidad de desarrollar un Plan de Acción Tutorial que ayude a reducir los índices de deserción y reprobación que se tienen en el CECyTEM, específicamente en Plantel 12 Morelia, y reforzar las acciones que se han venido haciendo para lograr que finalmente se tenga un mayor índice de eficiencia terminal, sin sacrificar la Calidad Educativa que debe de poseer el egresado para que este logre un buen nivel laboral y las bases para una preparación subsiguiente, así como un desarrollo humano integral reflejado en el ser y hacer de cada uno de los egresados. Para llevar a cabo el objetivo anterior, primero se realizó el diagnóstico de la institución, tomando estadísticas desde sus inicios, de esta forma y viendo numéricamente como se han comportado los diferentes índices que marcan la necesidad de implementar mecanismos que ayuden a abatir y reducir los índices de deserción y reprobación se ha trabajado con cursos de materias en donde los índices de reprobación son altos, rescatando de esta manera a alumnos, debido a que su reprobación implica bajas del subsistema, algunos profesores han proporcionado asesorías extra clase a los alumnos, siendo esta, de manera voluntaria y con una buena disposición, a pesar de estos esfuerzos aislados, se necesita aún más, por está y más razones se propone en el presente trabajo un Plan de Acción Tutorial que reforzará las acciones antes realizadas, y se implementarán nuevas acciones en apoyo a los alumnos en peligro de deserción. Se encuesto a alumnos del plantel para conocer algunas estrategias para la reducción de índices de reprobación y deserción los cuales aun sin saber lo que es la tutoría y cuál es su finalidad nos indicaban que requerían de algo más, de más apoyo, de más orientación.
