The present investigation’s main objective raises the possibility of an integral model of stakeholders able of giving to reason of the moral responsibility of the company and of its application or accomplishment in praxis enterprise. Model that has its support in two basic pillars: in the integrative model of enterprise ethics and in the concept of post conventional responsibility. The hypothesis that tries to demonstrate this work is that the theory or approach of Stakeholders is one firm aspiring to become a methodology for the understanding and the guide of the companies in three interrelated dimensions, that is to say: descriptive, strategic and normative. Definitively, is to show how the discursive ethics can base the normative part of a theory of Stakeholder and how the resulting model of this complementing, that denominated Integral Model of Stakeholders, it is a good frame from which the companies can manage their enterprise moral responsibility. The proposal has like objective an approach to the theory of stakeholder like a methodological access to turn the discursive ethics into an integrative enterprise ethics.
La presente investigación tiene como principal objetivo plantear la posibilidad de un Modelo Integral de Stakeholders capaz de dar razón de la responsabilidad moral de la empresa y de su aplicación o realización en la praxis empresarial. Modelo que tiene su apoyo en dos pilares básicos: en el modelo integrativo de ética empresarial y en el concepto de responsabilidad postconvencional. La hipótesis que trata de demostrar este trabajo es que la teoría o enfoque de Stakeholders es una firme aspirante a convertirse en una metodología para la comprensión y la guía de las empresas en tres dimensiones interrelacionadas, a saber: descriptiva, estratégica y normativa. En definitiva, es mostrar cómo la ética discursiva puede fundamentar la parte normativa de una teoría de Stakeholder y cómo el modelo resultante de esta complementación que se denominara Modelo Integral de Stakeholders, es un buen marco desde el que las empresas pueden gestionar su responsabilidad moral empresarial. La propuesta tiene como objetivo una aproximación a la teoría de Stakeholder como un acceso metodológico para convertir la ética discursiva en una ética empresarial integrativa.
