Creación, desarrollo y organización de una institución deportiva

Abstract

The demands of a globalization world, tendencies of the constant search of the overcoming and the changes, are some of the aspects that motivated to the accomplishment of the present project. The creation and development of an organization or sport institution, from its creation were the project that I am made, based on the aspects of a specific alternating sport space, which satisfactorily covered the necessities with the demand of a sector of the population, looking for specifically to find a series of sport disciplines that fulfill the characteristics of high human sense, integral formation of the individual among others, besides to manage to grant a professional service for the consumer, who will be due to feel in an atmosphere of harmony and brotherhood. The constant qualification towards the administrators and trainers for the operation and growth of an institution is fundamental since without this it does not occur the success of an institution. "Sport institution” considers from the idea, making the physical and technical study where it is going away to grant the service happening through the project, by made studies as soon as to interested population and others like the socioeconomic studies. The economic study on the acquisition of capital for the accomplishment of the project, its road, functionality, mission, vision, objectives, which contributed different and different results, from ethical, moral, spiritual, sport but the mainly integral thing of a human being. The project tries to ideal and to make the objectives drawn up in order to have a scientific and based base of projects of creation, growth and expansion of himself of a form regulated with objective results for the benefit of the thus same population like of the educating professional. Without a doubt some is piece key fundamental and it needs in the present project,

Las demandas de un mundo de globalización, las tendencias en la búsqueda constante de la superación y los cambios evolutivos, son algunos de los aspectos que motivaron a la realización del presente proyecto. La creación y desarrollo de una organización o institución deportiva, desde su creación fue el proyecto que se realizó, en función de los aspectos de un espacio deportivo alterno específico, el cual cubriera las necesidades satisfactoriamente de la demanda de un sector de la población, buscando encontrar específicamente una serie de disciplinas deportivas que cumplan con las características de alto sentido humano, formación integral del individuo entre otras, además de lograr otorgar un servicio profesional para el consumidor, el cual se deberá sentir en un ambiente de armonía y fraternidad. La capacitación constante hacia los administradores y entrenadores para el funcionamiento y crecimiento de una institución es fundamental ya que sin esto no se da el éxito de una institución. Se plantea desde la idea “ institución deportiva”, realizando el estudio físico y técnico donde se va a otorgar el servicio, pasando por el proyecto, por estudios realizados en cuanto a población interesada y otros como los estudios socioeconómicos. El estudio económico sobre la adquisición de capital para la realización del proyecto, su vialidad, funcionalidad, misión, visión, objetivos, el cual aportara distintos y diferentes resultados, desde lo ético, moral, espiritual, deportivo pero sobre todo integral de un ser humano. El proyecto pretende idealizar y realizar los objetivos trazados, a fin de tener una base científica y fundamentada de proyectos de este género, desde su creación, desarrollo y organización del mismo de una forma regulada con resultados objetivos para el beneficio de la población así mismo como del profesional educador.
